JULY 2011

Herotek has just introduced six new product families of High Power and Broadband Limiters and one product family of a High Frequency Comb Generator.

DECEMBER 2009

LOW LEAKAGE LEVEL LIMITERS 0.01 - 18 GHz WITH LEAKAGE LEVELS AS LOW AS -10dBm

Herotek has just released new product family (LL Series) of low leakage level limiters. The frequency of these new limiter models go down to 10MHz and up to 18GHz with leakage levels as low as -10dBm. This new limiter product family have maximum input power handling capability of 1 Watt CW and 100 Watt Peak power along with options for leakage levels of -10dBm, -5dBm, 0dBm, or +5dBm. Bias of +5V is required with 5mA typical current draw. These new models are offered with removable connectors for circuit board assembly.

JULY 2008

BROADBAND LOW LEAKAGE LIMITERS FROM 0.1 TO 18GHZ

Herotek has just introduced 6 new models of Broadband Limiters to our LS Low Leakage Limiter Series. The frequency of these new limiter models now go down to 100MHz and up to 18GHz. These new models have low insertion loss and typical limiting threshold of +6 dBm with a max leakage of +14 dBm at 1 Watt CW input power. These new models are offered in our standard B (SMA M/F), BF (SMA F/F), and L (surface mount, drop-in) packages. Please consult the factory for custom higher power limiters (up to 25 Watt CW or 1 KWatt pulse peak power) and custom limiters down to 10MHz.

AUGUST 2004

Low noise, ultra wide-band 0.01 to 20 GHz Amplifiers with very low power consumption. Also available in drop-in packaging for MIC integration.

Herotek has released a new series of ultra wide-band amplifiers with a single unit covering frequency range from 0.01 to 20 GHz. These units have uncompromised input and output VSWR with excellent gain flatness. An example of one of these units, Model AF00120243A, has Minimum Gain of 24 dB, Maximum Noise Figure of 3.0, Maximum Gain Flatness of ± 1.5 dB, operating at +5V (90mA).

SEPTEMBER 2004

DTA SERIES DETECTORS WITH INTEGRAL LOW NOISE PREAMPLIFIER

Herotek has introduced a new series of Detectors for very low signals - Direct Measurement of Microwave Signals at -80 dBm or lower over 1 to 40 GHz. The units makes low power level direct sensing easier, for both CW or Short Pulse Signals. Offered are units from 1-18 GHz, 18- 26 GHz, 26-40 GHz, and 18-40 GHz.

Characteristics of this series are very high sensitivity (1000mV/µW, -80 dBm model), stable and with quite low 1/f noise operation (output resistance 100-200 ohms typical), extremely fast pulse response (1 nsec rise time typical), matched input for low VSWR (2:1 typical) and flat frequency response.
